To safely eliminate motor-bicycle conflicts where Cannonball crosses Fish Hatchery Road, a bridge (or tunnel, if that's even possible) is absolutely necessary. Alternative would be to keep Cannonball along west side of Fish Hatchery to link with Wingra path, but you'd still need a bridge over the creek, and I got doubts UW Arboretum would ever approve.
