For the past many months a woman in a white BMW X5 SUV, ironically with a "wag more" paw print bumper sticker implying happy-go-luckiness, has raced down the entire length of East Mifflin every morning speeding, passing bikers extremely close, and rolling stops. Some of you may have encountered her. A week ago I finally got her plate number and reported it on the City's Report-a-Problem webpage. That same day, city staff sent her a letter notifying her of the complaint and putting her on warning. This past week I didn't see her once, so hopefully she has taken her racing to East Wash.
