Oh, and one more itch that needs scratching...Mifflin/Dickinson to
Mifflin/Yahara River Bike Path.

I just went past last night and saw that there are additional barricades up
with posting for bikes to keep out as it's private property. I know this is
also a well known defect, but should be high on the list of things that
need fixing. I thought I saw this area as possibly under consideration in
the Public Market proposal. Anyone have any info on this?
