NOTICE: Henkels and McCoy, contractors for American Transmission Company (ATC) will close the Capital City Path between Sugar Avenue and Walter Street from 7:00 AM on Tuesday, May 26th until 7:00 PM on Thursday, May 28th, in order to work on ATC high-voltage electric transmission line poles next to the path. ATC has an easement within the path corridor for this purpose. In coordination with ATC we have determined that this closure is necessary in the interests of safety for path users.
A detour for both directions of traffic will be signed along the following route: Hargrove Street to Starkweather Drive, through O.B. Sherry Park to Ivy Street, to Fair Oaks Avenue.
