Hey guys,

Detour was still up this morning with no construction crew on site. Looks like
the pavement is all in, but probably needs shoulder grading and striping yet.
Is there an updated completion date for this project? Thanks.

Grant

Forgot to note in there that the work should be completed and the detour
removed by June 6. The notice on our website has been changed to reflect this.
As always, the completion date is weather-dependent.

Tuesday, May 26, starts Detour of Wingra Creek Path between Olin Ave and the
railroad bridge near Beld Street

The City's contractor, Speedway Sand & Gravel, will be reconstructing the
Wingra Creek Path between Olin Avenue and the railroad bridge near Beld Street
beginning Tuesday, May 26, 2015. Until May 31, bicyclists and pedestrians will

Olin Ave. Please use this area with caution and stay clear of construction
equipment.

Beginning June 1, the entire path will be under construction and a detour
