I certainly agree that removing the trees to improve visibility would be a good 
first step toward improving that crossing.

The traffic count sheet is dated 2013, and having ridden through that area 
(Midtown to Marty to Raymond to S High Point to the Badger Prairie path) I 
would estimate the daily count to be higher. New development on the north side 
of Verona seems to have prompted a recent increase, using Raymond and S High 
Point to avoid congestion in the PD/Maple Grove area.

Some sort of active signal for path users would be well worth considering if 
indeed traffic has increased.
