In case anyone is interested, I inquired about the lack of a crosswalk on Commonwealth at the intersection with the SW Path after the reconstruction of Commonwealth last year. The response from the city is below.
--------------------------------------- Hi Mr. Gardner, Thank you for taking the time to send us your concerns about the Southwest Commuter Path crossing of Commonwealth Avenue. We plan to install an enhanced green material, similar to but brighter than the crossing at Regent & Monroe, to mark the crossing this summer.
