Closure - 10 Block W. Mifflin Street, 04.22.16 On Friday, April 22nd, S&L Underground will close West Mifflin Street between Wisconsin Avenue and West Washington Avenue between the hours of 9 AM and 3 PM in order to install a fire hydrant as part of the Capitol Square Reconstruction project. The parking stalls on the Capitol side of West Mifflin Street and North Carroll Street will be accessible by driving toward West Mifflin Street on Wisconsin Avenue and making a right turn on a temporary gravel path.
