Closure - 400 Block Highland Avenue, starting 05.03.16 Beginning Tuesday, May 3rd at 9:00 AM, Connery Construction will close the 400 block of Highland Avenue between University Avenue and Kendall Avenue. The roadway will be re-opened by 3:00 PM that day. This will be a recurring closure. Approximately 8 weekly closures are proposed, and they are planned to occur on Tuesdays between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The closures are required for crane work to construct an infill development project at 2505 University Avenue. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes to avoid delays during these closures. Access will be maintained at all times to properties on Highland Avenue. On-street parking on this block will be prohibited. Pedestrian and bicycle access will be maintained on the sidewalk on the east side of Highland Avenue. If you have any questions please direct them to the contacts shown.
