The Financial Times looks at urban cycling in terms of health benefits and risks. Oddly, they don't consider the financial impact. They are mostly focused on London, which has generally poor infrastructure and pretty lousy air, but it can be generalized. Not a great article but provokes a little thought and provides a little data.
