=v= The NYC video (by Casey Neistat, maker of great videos) is
a hoot. As I recall, he plugged an electric angle grinder into
the lamppost and let sparks fly all over the place. Normally
a bike thief will use a cardboard box to disguise the sparks.
Or throw an old jacket over the activity. I wonder whether the
SkunkLock would work under these conditions.
=v= According to the SkunkLock Kickstarter, the creators have
been inspired by the rampant bike theft in San Francisco, and
the open-air bicycle chop shops that abound in the city. Why
not leave out the middlepersons entirely and catapult skunks
into the chop shops?
