There will probably a summary in the Madison Bikes Calendar Review (coming
out next Monday). This is the proposed layout. And yes, the whole project
happened on extremely short notice, meaning that some of the things
presented at the meeting didn't seem fully thought through. But the
timeline is extremely tight, with the Board of Public Works discussing the
project on 2/22 and the Common Council on 3/7. Construction is supposed to
start in August.
