In my part of the world, Grand Ave is one big construction zone and
impassable by bike except on the sidewalk (and in some not passable that
way either.) But it looks like the "off ramp" of Campus Dr -- aka the 2600
block of University Ave -- is going to be closed as well, and that includes
the sidewalk that some people use to get from the more western end of
University Ave to "old" University Ave.

Keep this in mind when picking your way through the construction --
including the one Chuck mentioned on the Campus Dr Path.

As far as I know, the Kendall bike boulevard will be fine, except for the
intersection with Grand, which might be a little rough. Also expect some
additional car traffic, since they won't be able to use the 2600 block of
University "off ramp" to get to Highland or Walnut connections to campus
and hospitals.
