See details below* *Project Description* The City of Madison is proposing the installation of an asphalt path in Ontario Park as part of its Bike Paths 2018 project. The proposed path will provide a safer, more usable surface than the current footpath through the park. The paved path will roughly follow the existing footpath and will connect Ontario Street with the Capital City Path. *Project Schedule* January 23rd - Pedestrian/Bicycle/Motor Vehicle Commission May 2nd - Board of Public Works May 15th - Common Council Mid August to early September - Construction *Public Meeting* A Public Information Meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday January 31st at 6:00 P.M. in the library of Whitehorse Elementary School (218 Schenk Street). City staff will provide an overview of the project and residents will have the opportunity to provide feedback and ask questions.
