[binc] missing supervise

hello all i think bincimap is a great program that works really well i 
have installed it on my Freebsd 4.8 box and have never had to look 
back.  Until now I am setting up another server and forget how to make 
bincimap work..  My /usr/local/etc/imaps.sample directory does not have 
the supervise folder in it.  Is this somehow created by daemon tools 
cannot remember or figure out how to copy it from my other server it 
seems to have some sort of weird permissions on it.
