It actually I want to user that cpbincads.pl which is modified version of checkpassword.pl (only authentication part is modified which works with pop3d) so i wanted to check that if original file works with bincimap then thats when I mailed u that config. So if either of them (checkpassword.pl or cpbincads.pl) works it will be great for me. But no luck in either of them.
Regarding syslog :( I was trying to get my FreeBSD 5.1 box (that runs qmail) ready for strace I mounted procfs (for the first time) dont know how to uninstall it and rebooted the machine (normally). Now it doesnot come up :'( saying hard error running fsck many times but no luck. So fighting to get my machine back in good state only after I do that I will be able to see my syslog. If I dont get it up My work of nearly morethan a month is gone. any way if I set it up right from scratch again i will again get the same prob :( thats what I am worrying about.
