No, just kidding. Yes in 1.3 we will most likely not have bincimap.conf in 
its current state, but rather have configuration act through a shell 
script. This hasn't really been discussed properly yet, but something in 
the order of

ALLOW_PLAIN="yes"
DEPOT="IMAPdir"
CA_PATH="/etc/ssl/certs/"

Just clean and simple, and with as few options as possible, that's my
philosophy. I'm hoping we can get this nice and tidy with an envdir-like
approach.
