[binc] netscape 7.1

Ok I am not sure what is going on but when i try to use netscape 7.1 to 
access my mail i get the following error in the log.  Which brings me to 
another question how do i change the log format so that i can read the 
time or turn up the debug level and the like.  What is weird is that 
Outlook express works great however i try to use microsoft products less 
and less and like the netscape interface much better.
