[binc] CRM114 spam filter

Hi all,

I've written a short blurb at 
http://www.avtechpulse.com/opensource/crm114.html about how to set up 
the CRM114 mail filter for use with Binc.

After 2 weeks of training, it is catching > 99% of my daily spam (about 
100 messages a day).

I can't recommend CRM114 too highly!
