[binc] unable to enter jail path

Now that my logs are working, I've started looking at them :) I'm seeing 
a message about the jail whenever I connect:

@4000000040903c1133ed9e04 4571 0 [EMAIL PROTECTED]:] connection 
from 192.168.1.209

<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> authenticated
@4000000040903c12033fe6cc 4571 1 [EMAIL PROTECTED]:] unable to 
enter jail path "/opt/bincimap/bin"

It doesn't seem to be causing any functionality issues (everything is 
working) but I suppose I should address it for security reasons.
