Squirrelmail is configured to use the '.' delimiter instead of the '/'
delimiter that Binc uses. Binc advertises this to the client, but
Squirrelmail doesn't understand this advertisement. There should be a
simple way of getting Squirrelmail to use '/' instead of '.' to delimit
folders.
