Okay; I've got your strace dump and searched through it. My first
observation is that 90% of the file is just reading a single file.

What size is this file on your machine:

.sent/cur/1084056953.9923_337.rrl03:2,S

It seems to be a staggering 356MB email! I must say I never saw an email
that big before... It should work fine with Binc, although I never tested
it before. I have a suspicion that Binc may be running out of memory
(although I can't see why it would).

Also, which version of Binc are you running?
