OK, attached is a protocol dump of the problematic
converstion. The first error message pine gives is
"Bogus header field list () {2}". The problem appears
to result from pine's
00000008 FETCH 1 BODY.PEEK[HEADER.FIELDS ("")]
request and/or bincimap's response thereto. I know
next-to-nothing about the details of the IMAP protocol
so don't know whether it pine's request and/or
bincimap's response (if either) that is improper.
