Firstly, you need to configure your MTA (Mail Transfer Agent), a piece of
server software such as sendmail, qmail, or postfix, to delivery local
emails into your home directory. Depending on your depot setting, this can
be either $HOME/Maildir or $HOME/Maildir/INBOX, or similar.

When you've got local deliveries to work like this, Binc IMAP will usually
work out of the box.

If you need help setting up your mail server to do such local deliveries,
you should consult the manuals that came with the MTA software, or try to
get help from the MTA communities. Setting up a mail server is outside the
scope of this particular mailing list.

Good luck!

Andy :-)
