[binc] postgreSQL

Has anyone setup BINC with postgreSQL is this possiable i have been 
considering switching to dovecot for this feature please someone on this 
list talk me out of it.   I need  the database support for my virtual 
domains.  Also i need to know how to turn up the log levels as i have 
been having many difficulties with squirell mail server side filters and 
need more log info for that list.  Dovecot seems great only it has a 
crapload of features i do not like or need ie pop
