I wonder why the client creates INBOX/Trash after asking if it exists and
getting a positive answer. But anyway, if the server locks up, this is no
good.

Interesting; I'll look into it. Right now I'm focusing on getting together
a test framework for 1.3, so that we can get some good autotests going.
This sounds like a perfect autotest ;-).
