Short answer: No! Haha ;-).

I prioritize bugs in 1.2 highly (not much time spent there, heh), but 1.3
is something I spend more time designing than writing, currently. It's
already got a 25% faster parser and a much cleaner design, but there are
things that I'd like to fix before I start thinking about 1.4. It's not
going to end up as a "second system", though. I've already decided that
1.4 will be released. And that most 1.2 users will be more pleased with
1.4 than they are with 1.2, is a definite goal that I have.

Most of my Binc IMAP work is spent finishing the test framework, which
will ensure that 1.4 can achieve a much higher level of quality and
stability than 1.2. It's near done, but not there yet. It's a complete
IMAP client library based on Qt 4.0's network module.

But again, when people find things that they would like in 1.4, please
send the patches and we can discuss the changes. This also speeds things
up quite a lot.

Andy :-)
