Ok, hehe. :) I meant purely feature-wise, not time-wise. > I prioritize bugs in 1.2 highly (not much time spent there, heh), > but 1.3 is something I spend more time designing than writing, > currently. Regarding testing in general, check out PolySpace. www.polyspace.com > But again, when people find things that they would like in 1.4, > please send the patches and we can discuss the changes. I'm an IMAP newbie, and I haven't studied the RFCs very thoroughly, so I don't really know what features are missing from Binc, only the problems I've seen reported on the lists. The major ones seem to be IDLE and NAMESPACE and a 1.2 with those features would probably be more widespread than 1.2 is now, although I could be wrong about that too.. I use 1.2 in production, but only for webmail clients. For my own purposes I only know that I want IDLE, NAMESPACE and the hooks discussed previously, I'll certainly help work on it when I can, particularly the hooks since I seemed to be the one most excited about that. :) I guess my question really is about what you want in the next stable version of Binc.. And what there is to choose from. Of course, performance improvements and better design are always good things! :) //Peter
