We recommend to users contemplating moving from the EOL BIND 9.11 branch
to the BIND 9.16 branch that they read the following document:


ISC would also like to draw your attention to the changes in our
software signing practices, which we described in detail in a recent
blog post and that affect today's (December 2022) BIND releases.


We intend to send an email update to this mailing list whenever the set
of PGP keys expected to sign ISC software changes in the future.  When
