Not entirely sure what you are actually trying to achieve. Could you provide a concrete example of the situations you are trying to achieve? If you wan't the file to be accessible through multplile hosts (differentaited through the host header, you need to configure the webserver to handle these names. If you wan't a hostname to be updated automatically when the server IP address changes, you need to configure the approriate service to connect to the ddns service.
