Well there is no requirement to support HTTP/1.1.  HTTP/2 was specified 9 years 
ago.  There really shouldn’t be a need to use HTTP/1.1.  See RFC 8484 for 
required conformance levels.

Please go read RFC 8484.  The request is a base64 encoded DNS message.
