Yes. dig doesn't really setup any other logging than stderr and SSLKEYLOGFILE 
uses the logging facility for the output.

Using SSLKEYLOGFILE with anything other than named is currently undocumented, 
and we probably should fix that.

Please fill an issue for this, so it doesn't fade away in the time...
