Hi Dell,
Adding Copr repos as a 3rd party repo to a Red Hat Satellite server usually work fine but here your satellite says 'network unreachable'. If you are in a secure/locked-down environment, you might have to add an http proxy and/or edit the whitelist of that proxy so that the Satellite can download from copr.
PS: if you are doing this in a supported environment, you might want to reach out to Red Hat support for assistance.
