As the person running the DNS for nepustil.net and ispeg.eu,
thanks for this interesting bug!
You mention glue records. My understanding is that those records are only
required if the nameserver for a domain is located in the domain
we're trying to resolve. That is not the case for teckbote.de itself.
Our plan was to not to rely on glue records, so a .de domain
has no nameservers below .de etc. This should have been a
foolproof setup 8-}, but as it turns out, the world has
its own ideas of 'foolproof' 8-}
I'll try to add glue records for ispeg.eu...
