Support for Ubuntu 21.04 ended **4** years ago. Whatever you are doing, you are doing it wrong. You should have upgraded to LTS release as you are missing full 4+ years of security upgrades. See what it is logging, whether you need it at all, or forever (BIND supports log rotation) and adjust settings to suit.   Of course, it may not be BIND logs filling your disk, it could be something else entirely.
