Hello. It depends whether you want it to validate records signed by others, or whether you want it to sign your own zones.
The BIND reference manual is here: https://bind9.readthedocs.io/ It is very long, but is a good source of information and contains a chapter on DNSSEC. Also please refer to articles in the KB here: https://kb.isc.org There are also many books, some available online, covering this. What version of BIND are you running and what do you want to do with it?
