I suggest you link to those repos :-)

A search led me to:
https://www.isc.org/blogs/bind-release-strategy-updated/
which seems quite dated.

I then tried: Downloads, got to: https://www.isc.org/download/
Discovered that the "Debian" link in the table at the bottom leads to:
https://bind.debian.net/bind
which redirects to https://packages.sury.org/

And I knew I was using packages from there, but your email made me look,
and I was no longer sure if I was running "official" packages.
I guess the answer is yes.
(I'm running 9.21 from bind-dev)
