Hello, Amir. Firstly, please update to 9.20.30. A lot has happened in the six months since 9.20.22 was released, including many important vulnerability fixes.
Secondly, please share your config. It's impossible to diagnose an issue without knowing how you have configured the server to behave. Lastly, for now, have you captured some packets to see whether you have a network problem somewhere? Fetches timing out and very high SRTT values would suggest poor reachability. I hope that helps.
