Jangankan wiraswasta yang punya penghasilan walaupun ngak pasti. Tukang sapu jalan pun menurut UU wajib punya NPWP.
Jadi jangan berharap kalau status nya pengangguran intelektual bisa bebas NPWP. Mungkin kalau mau bebas NPWP solusinya yg murah meriah ada di sini: http://www.dvlottery.state.gov Gampang banget isi nya , cukup foto ukuran 5,5 cm x 5,5 cm. terus di scan.
