Dear Alfonsus, Setahu saya jika kita mendistribusikan program kita yang didevelop dengan menggunakan VB, client kita tidak akan dikenakan licence untuk activeX / DLL yang digunakan oleh aplikasi kita. Hal ini karena kita sebagai developer yang membeli licence untuk ActiveX / DLL mempunyai hak untuk mendistribusikan aplikasi yang sudah menggunakan ActiveX / DLL tersebut hanya runtimenya saja. Terkecuali untuk database memang memerlukan licence terpisah, kecuali menggunakan database yang free seperti mysql.
