kalau menurut pendapat pribadi saya, ada 2 hal pak.
1. apakah peminatnya benar-benar ingin mengapai ilmu.
2. apakah peminatnya hanya ingin mendapat gelar saja.
memang betul s2 disini sedang banyak yang ambil,
tetapi apakah mereka yang ambil termotivasi point 1
atau 2.
Apakah institusi pendidikan di indonesia telah siap
akan menyelengarakan program s3 'sesungguhnya', dalam
arti tunjangan fasilitas riset, resources untuk
mendukunung riset dan lainnya.
saya mengalami sendiri perbedaan institusi pendidikan
di indonesia dan diluar negeri, karena saya
berkesempatan mengambil s2 di australia.
