Untuk membedakan daging tikus dengan daging ayam agak sulit, saya punya cara membedakan buntut ayam dan buntuk tikus saja, itu kalau di sajikan di sop buntut. Kalau buntut ayam terlihat kasat mata, suka ngambang karena mirip shuttle cock, tapi kalau buntut tikus itu kalau disajikan mirip kabel.
