1. Masukkan tape-catridge ke drivenya;
2. [Start][Programs][Accessories][System Tools][Backup]
3. Expand Drive c:, klik di c:\hospital, trus centang di kotak [ ]
hospital.mdb;
4. Pastikan [backup destination] ke 4mm DDS;
5. Backup media: New media (kalo tape br) {or} pilih aja yg sdh prnh dipakai.
6. klik [Start Backup]
7. pergi ke pantry
8. bikin teh/kopi
9. cek backup prosesnya sdh selesai atau ditinggal aja.
