Saya coba bantu, dulu pernah setting forwarder kayak gini di exchange
2000.
1. Buka Active Directory Users and Computers
2. Klik kanan pada nama domain, pilih New - Contact
3. Isi field yang diberikan dialog box New Object - Contact, kemudian
pilih next.
4. Kemudian klik tombol Modify pada field E-mail, pilih type
addressnya SMTP Address, kemudian masukkan email address external
anda.
5. Setelah itu balik lagi ke Active Directory Users And Computers,
masuk ke properties account user yang mau diforward.
6. Masuk ke Exchange General tab - Delivery Options, pada Forwarding
Address pilih radio button Forward to, kemudian klik Modify.
7. Pilih contact external yang telah dibuat pada langkah 3 di atas.
Setelah itu coba anda test autoforwarder tersebut, moga-moga membantu.
