The role of Maintenance Coordinator is to ensure that all Operation
& Maintenance work order management, work method, strategy &
Maintenance process are running efficient (cost & resources) and
effective (time effort and result) to increase network reliability
in order to keep the network functioning properly to prevent
potential revenue lost and to manage the consequences of failure in
a cost-effective manner.
The information systems for the maintenance coordinator in SAP
mainly are:
SAP-PM module used for work order management process activities from
planning work order up until performing meaningful analysis on its
maintenance policies and practices.
SAP-MM module used for inventory and procurement process activities
from procurement of material/service recording information required
for spare part analysis and optimization.
As part of improving the maintenance business process your
Responsibilities are to support the Maintenance business unit needs
in the network maintenance area by finding better ways to achieve
effective and efficient Maintenance Strategy and using SAP
Maintenance Information System.
Key Result Area:
- Create Maintenance Plan & Strategy, Routine Maintenance
Scheduling and dispatching.
- Translating the business unit needs in the network maintenance
area into SAP Business Blueprint/ Development plan.
- Finding better ways to enhance the existing Maintenance for
better business operational.
- To analyze and escalate maintenance issue within XL Network.
- To Generate Method & Procedure Documentation to educate
Maintenance user.
Software and Computer Skills
· Experiences using Microsoft Office Excel, e.g. Lookup table, Pivot
table, using graphic, etc.
· Operating System: Microsoft Windows
· Having experience as SAP R/3 in Plant Maintenance Module is an
advantage.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
· Work Scheduling & planning
· Maintenance Management, Inventory Management
· Project Management, Object Oriented Concept & Design
· Familiar with Visio, Ms Outlook, Ms Project.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
· English (Conversation & Writing); Have International TOEFL CBT is
an advantage.
PERSONAL STRENGTHS
· Communication and Interpersonal, Analytical and Strategic Thinking
Skills.
Minimum Requirement
- 1 Year working experiences
- Willing to do overtime if needed
- Eager to learn new knowledge and fast learner
- S1 Degree
