Cara paling gampang sih dateng aja ke Grapari (ato XL Center, atau apa aja sesuai provider anda), ambil nomor urut, terus tunggu dipanggil, kasih HP ke customer service, dan mereka utak atik, terus kasih liat udah jalan neh. :D
Cara lainnya : Masuk ke www.telkomsel.com (atau website proxl, atau yg lain sesuai provider anda), cari menu cara setting GPRS yg sesuai dengan handset yg dimiliki.
