Alow Binusian, Mau tanya boleh khan ? Begini ceritanya.. Adalah squid (itu nama proxy software) tiba tiba bertindak aneh sejak pagi..
1. Kalau browsing tidak bisa menampilkan web. Misal browse ke www.cbn.net.id (cuma tampil di header nya doank CBN.. tapi content nya ngak isa tampil : this page cannot be displayed). 2a. Di cek ping ke www.cbn.net.id ==> normal. b. Tracert ke www.cbn.net.id ==> normal. c. Ping & tracert ke eth0 ==> normal. d. Ping & tracert ke eth1 ==> normal. 3. Cek status squid ==> running. Tapi kalau browsing dengan IE ngak bisa tampil. Masukin IP ke IE juga ngak bisa tampil website nya. Kalau squid di by pass (client langsung ke modem router) ==> bisa. Dengan asumsi squid dan fedora ngak pernah diotak atik, kira kira kenapa yachh.. Kesimpulan nya kan : 1. Squid ngak bias menampilkan website melalui web browser, tapi kalau di ping & tracert itu nyambung. Kira kira dimana yang harus diperbaik (file conf atau settingan lainnya). Kasih hint yg paling simple ajah ya. Atau kalau ada yg mau liatin settingannya, file apa yg perlu di posting. Itu dulu aja dech nanya nya.
