Qualifications required:
* Bachelor of Computer Studies, majoring in Computer Science,
Information Tecnology or System.
* Preferably whose 3-4 years related working experiences within Help
Desk background.
* Knowledgeable on Microsoft Windows Operating System and Microsoft
Windows Applications
* Expert in Network and End-user Applications
* Smart, dynamic, well-socialized, and fast trouble shooting approach.
* Fluently speak and write in English and preferably in Mandarin.
