Kalau menurut saya, yang paling penting adalah mengerti SOP dari sistemnya terlebih dahulu, bahasa pemrograman hanya sebagai kaki buat menjalakannya, karena kendala dari kita saat ini adalah banyaknya customer yang kecewa karena lebih banyak customer yang kecewa karena ternyata lebih banyak maintain dan debug daripada satisfaction.
