We are a large of IT Company needs some professionals to fill in 
available positions :

A.Service Account Manager (SAM)
1. Provides Service Account Management to specific nominated accounts.
2. Have a basic understanding of Sun product family service portfolio.
3. Understands the value of SunSpectrum to the customer's business.
4. Basic understanding of the IT market trends.
5. Identifies routine exceptions to normal service delivery.
6.  Be the single point of escalation for the customer and ensures all 
support service delivery resources are utilised efficiently to close any 
issues quickly and effectively.
7. Builds relationship at an appropriate level in the customer 
organisation. This will involve contact with customer at all levels of 
the organisation.
8. Be familiar with existing customer processes such as change control 
procedures, installation procedures, ICT infrastructure and upgrade 
planning.
9. Work closely with services sales team to create an united image to 
the customer.
10. Organises and manages customer review meetings.
11. Being the single point of contact for all service related issues.
12. Facilitates technical and management escalation.
13. Coordinates service strategy and achieve high customer satisfaction 
goal, i.e. CFI (Customer Feedback Index) and RSI (Recommend Sun Index), 
on assigned accounts.
14. Responsible for creating customised Strategic Service Delivery Plan, 
Tactical Service Delivery Plan and Account Support Plan. Conducts 
Account Support Reviews as per contractual service deliverables.
15. Assists Account team (consist of sales and delivery) in growing 
products and services sales through active account intelligence 
interactions and active participation on projects.

B. System Support Engineer (SSE)
1. Able to manage escalation situations and customer experience.
2. Provides on-site and phone support to customers.
3. Participates in installation process using EIS methodology.
4. Define action plans to fix customer problem.
5. Determine when to escalate problems to next level of technical team.
6. Assists in field service if needed.
7. Provides support to partners on service calls and be responsible for 
montoring partner engineers.
8. Delivers technical transfer of information (TOI) to the field 
delivery support team and partners.
9. Contributes to the quality goals.

Standard Qualifications :
- Male/Female
- Age 25 - 40 y.o
- Min. Diploma degree
- Min. 2 years experience in the related field
- Fresh graduate are welcome for SSE
